  • Do I need to pay a damage deposit before checking in?

    Yes, a standard £250 damaged deposit is authorised using Charge Automation software with your bank. We have the right to claim for any damages caused. Damage deposit is refunded within 3 working days after checkout, but this may depend on your bank. The deposit may be higher for longer stays than 1 month.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Is ID required before check-in?

    Yes, guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification prior to arrival.

  • How does self check-in work?

    We offer self check-in. Full instructions and access details will be shared 24 hours before check-in. However, if the booking is made on the same day, the details will be shared as soon as possible before arrival to ensure a smooth and flexible check-in experience.

  • What happens if damage occurs during my stay?

    If you sport any damage upon arrival, please report it as soon as possible on the day of check-in. If any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please report it as well and explain the situation. A damage deposit may be used to cover any repairs or replacements if needed.

  • What are the check-out responsibilities?

    Guests are requested to dispose of all trash and leave the property in a reasonable condition before departure. Please also ensure that all appliances are turned off, lights and heating are switched off or turned down, and all windows and doors are properly closed.

  • Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

    Yes, requests can be made in advance. Approval depends on availability and involve additional fees.

  • Do you provide Wi-Fi and utilities?

    Yes, Wi-Fi and essential utilities are provided. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control.
