Damage Deposit:
A £250 damage deposit will be pre authorised on your payment method before your stay. This deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided the property is left in good condition and no rules have been breached. The pre authorisation is released within a few days after check out, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Damages Beyond Normal Wear and Tear:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay that exceeds normal wear and tear. This includes; broken items, stains, or any significant damage to furniture, appliances or the property itself. If such damage occurs, the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit and additional charges beyond the deposit may be billed to the guest.
